Mr. Icho (@ DGO_gentyoken) who worked for a black company five years ago. He seems to have been forced to over 180 hours a month only by working overtime.
Based on what he experienced, he wrote "Seven Reasons for Disqualifying the Next Job When Working for a Black Enterprise for many years".
1. It seemed to be an undeterminable person who can not make a decision to quit the company.
2. I became negative thinking, I did not understand my strength and I could no longer self-PR.
3. I can not compare myself with general society people, and what makes me unsure of my strength.
4. Since I finally leave my body after losing my physical condition, I was often concerned about physical condition.
5. The first impression was often taken badly due to rough skin etc.
6. Because it was a black company with too much shocking content, when you talk, it was uncomfortable just by that.
As a result, there was also a thing that I could not listen to the story properly.
7. Often times I have been reluctant to recruit because of my age.
