Architects' works of Toyo Ito are exhibited. Where the museum Museum Otsushima donated the location proposed by Atsuo Ito suggesting installation to Toyo It opened on July 30, 2011.
Donations of facilities such as Toyo Ito and Tsuyoshi Atsuo are utilized for the facility construction cost as well as the city.
The facility is composed of two buildings of steel hut exhibiting work of Ito Ito and Silver Hat reproducing the former residence. In addition to exhibiting drawings and buildings designed by To Ito Ito, others are exhibiting models of buildings and other workshop spaces are set up in Silver Hut. Both facilities are designed by Toyo Ito, and the facility itself is an exhibit.
In addition to exhibiting sculptures and the like near here, there are also museums located in the island, as well as a number of art exhibitions including Imabari-shi Iwata Kenjo who exhibited sculptor Iwata Ken's sculpture and a child's museum and the Murakami Mishima Memorial Museum Facilities are located.
