Boil asparagus
Asparagus thinly peels the hard part of the root with a peeler, cut it in 3 equal lengths, boil for about 30 seconds with salt water and cool it for water.

To wind up
Spread beef one by one, lay laver in front, roll 1 round as a core and roll it around. I will do the rest as well.

Bake
Heat the oil in a frying pan, bake 2 with the winding end down, bake for 3 to 4 minutes at medium heat while changing the direction so that the fire passes.

To finish up
Pour in the mixed <A> and entwine for about 2 minutes until almost no mushroom is found.
