The company is attempting such an attempt in the world for the first time.
AFP was allowed to exclusive interview in a "Drone diving" experiment conducted in private in an isolated and vast area in the central part of Latvia. The powerful drones are 3.2 square meters in size with 16 rotors. It weighs 70 Kg and can be lifted up to 200 kg. This drone was used for the first time in the "Drone Boarding" test which pulls the snowboarder at high speed in the frozen lake of Latvia this January. But this time it was a more dangerous test flight of picking up people at the top of the tower and lifting it to about 330 meters above the sky.
A man who experienced diving said, "Perhaps the most tense was the first 5 meters since lifting, but it was lifted by the drones ... ... two seconds later it was under the parachute."
Aerones says that this drone uses the rescue activities besides the extreme sports called drone diving, as a use of this drone. For example, it is time to help people who are losing escape on the roof of a building that has been a fire or are trapped in places where it is difficult to head for rescue.
The manufacturing cost of drone is 35,000 euros (about 4.3 million yen). The flying time is now up to about 10 minutes with the installed batteries.
