Cattle momo meat block 300 g
1/2 onions
Salt and pepper a little

1 egg yolk

2 tablespoons yogurt
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
A little lemon

Procedure
1. Put garlic paste in the block meat and leave it for about 10 minutes and shake the salt and pepper just before baking.
2. Heat the salad oil in a frying pan, bake all sides of the block meat for 2 minutes, bake it for about 5 minutes while sometimes rolling it with a lid.
3. When baked, wrap it in aluminum foil and thin it after 30 minutes.
4. Combine the onion grated with the frying pan that has finished baking meat with (A) and boil down until onion gets brown.
5. Mix all of (B) to make a yogurt sauce.
6. Put rice in a bowl and place the sliced roast beef, drop the egg yolk in the middle, complete with onion sauce and yoghurt sauce made with 4 and 5 and complete!
