Stretch 3
I will use a door surrounded by parallel walls here.
1: Open the door and spread the leg parallel to it.
2: Hang the legs on the walls on both sides to prevent the toes from falling forward, and tilt the upper body forward.
3: Attach the elbow to the floor and extend the base of the leg.
When there is no affordable place, it seems that there is a similar effect when you frog stretch.
If you are not accustomed to moving the body too much, even the basic stretch in the first half of this video may be too stimulative. Do not push yourself too hard, aim to a soft body gradually and continuously every day.
