To tell the truth, I do not care much about the taste of the somen, when I want to finish eating easily in hot weather, when I have a lot of appetite in the hot summer and when I finish my meal often eat.
However, I can not help being concerned if packing together various kinds of somen such as somen. Whatever, which soup, koshi, flavor etc are particular about production area and different.
Nakagawa Masashi store is unique even if the assortment box is wonderful. No way out! It is a fun assortment with the feeling that it has come when the time to face seriously with somen is good.
